  Very interesting question. There are a lot of potential problems with taking things too and from Mars. If life has evolved there then we would possibly not have anyway protecting ourselves against it. This would of course be true of anything that we have taken there as well.
  ………….of course the atmosphere of Mars would be very poisonous to us.
