Apparently, most people day dream on a daily basis- but I don’t think I do. When we daydream or go ‘absent minded’ certain parts of our brains become super active. IF we think of our brain as having two parts, one that lets us make good decisions and one the lets us relate to others then we can start to understand why. When we’re doing a demaning activity that requires us to be analytical, we don’t have much time to think about other people. When we’re day dreaming, our mind goes through lots of different thoughts and feelings, and the activity in these parts of our brains goes off and on.

Quite easily………..sorry, seriously this is generally seen as a bad thing, but I think that it’s not.
