      Hey G-

We now think there are 8 planets, having decided pluto doesn’t really count because he is a ‘dwarf’ planet. Our solar system orbits around our sun- Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Our sun is made up of 75 % hydrogen gas, and is about 4,567,000,000 years old. It’s about 109 x bigger than we are.
