      I face lots of challenges- like money, and sharing labs, and getting good ideas. But we also get to put our brains together to try and solve the problems. That is what makes it really fun! Imperial is super dynamic and sharing, also full of international students who come together with a whole world of different ideas. To deal with sharing labs, we make online timetables to book when there is space and work around each other. We always look for money to pay for kit in the government and in different companies.

      Some of the medicines I test are brand new and may not have been tested before. So sometimes it can be challenging when figuring out what to dissolve it in, the type of column needed to separate the ingredients and many other variables!
      But once you figure them out its very rewarding seeing something you have developed work.
