In short- yes- we have reached it- and we are now taking artificial drugs and medication to try and push ourselves further. What we’ve essentially realised is we need to revert to less processed foods and more natural and honest foods and energy sources; less horrible things like steroids and stimulants- it seems like we need to go back to the beginning before we make any progress at all!

“”At the moment, astronauts that go up to the International Space Station are limited to spending six months in space at a time because of the effects of microgravity on the human body. But from March 2015 astronaut Scott Kelly is going to spend a year in orbit. And his twin, astronaut Mark Kelly, will be staying on Earth. Nasa hopes this unique twin study will give us some insight into how we can counteract the damaging effects of space on our bodies:.

I think that the next step is to take us to the stars. This would mean converting us to ‘machine cognitious’. As the distance are so great we would need to be able live for very long times.
