      The metal I liked to analyse is called Yttrium. It’s used to help check that the equipment (ICP) is working properly to search for other metals.
      When a solution of yttrium goes into the plasma (kind of like a flame) depending which temperature zone the atoms of yttrium are in they emit blue, red or white light! Looks amazing.
