• Question: why do wolves howl at the moon?

      It’s a coincidence that wolves howl when the moon happens to be out!

      They use howling as a way of communication and by pointing their head upwards the sound can travel much further! Plus as they are usually nocturnal (awake at night), so the moon is usually out.
